Just realized JamieDelarosa is gone from the site. I'm having trouble figuring out if it was voluntary or not.
So, that is 2 great users gone inside of 1 week. What's happening around here?
long story kleef i will share in a PM.

US English we almost never hesitate to turn a noun into a verb. Bugs the heck out of me.
I see what you did there.
a few weeks back i posted a link of a porn troll that has been using pornographic avatars. I did that because messages sent to support for many of us go unanswered and the many support tickets made and ignored are extentive at this point.
These porn accounts stay open for weeks in here with graphic content on them. That was my reason for posting it in here. To get the attention of staff to take the matter more seriously and to answer the problem as it was not being responded to by normal means.
The end result was that staff wanted those links not to be posted in the forums and i understand that, but the problem is that posting it in here gets it taken care of promptly. Sending a support ticket on the matter gets it ignored.
The most recent porntroll was on here a full two weeks. jamie sent in a support ticket on the matter and it was ignored. I sent a support ticket that was ignored i sent shaun a message regarding it and it was ignored. That person did a two week striptease in here and Jamie did what she shouldnt have done and posted it in a forum in here. She was promptly muted.
She was trying to explain that her <and mine for that matter> support tickets regarding the matter went ignored. That troll was here two full weeks and staff was notified multiple times.
I understand and respect the sites need to keep it clean in these forums, However, i agree with Jamie that it is quite hypocritical to take action on Jamie immediately within hours and keep a porno king with a breast fetish in here stripping for a full 2 weeks.
The support on this site really has massive issues. Its broken and needs to be fixed. There is no excuse for multiple messages to be ignored period. While i respect their desire to keep these forums clean. They should start by answering their support tickets. Jamie wasnt the only one sending in a ticket immediately so did i.
Are you syaing she posted a link once to one of these users. Then, after being warned she did it again? Or did she just do it 1 time?
I hear these types of complaints about support tickets before. I can say, from my own experience, I got a response within a few days. And my issues were certainaly less important than something like porn on the site.
So I find it quite strange when someone says messages went unanswered for 2 weeks.
She did it again and your right she should not have but she was frustrated at the lack of action from the staff. Especially after all that weeks back.
She posted the offensive picture in the forums, which everyone ought to recognize was publishing it further.
It doesn't matter the point she was trying to make; her method just exposed the offensive avatar to more people.
Consider how many tickets they get from people about clock cheats, en-passant cheats, rudeness in the form of not accepting rematches, etc etc.
One over zealous kid on the forum (a few years back) advised us all that we should limit our support tickets... we should limit them to 2 or 3 every day.
So I think it's obvious that forum moderators, who only moderate the forum, at least for that span of time, will respond faster.
I agree chess.com could (and probably should) do better in how they handle porn. But with your topic too I felt like it was inappropriate to post. An unknown ID that lasts two weeks is going to be relatively invisible. One advertised on the forum, even if it only lasts a few hours, is going to be much more visible to those that don't need to see that sort of thing.

i agree...

they do... it happens to many in here. The fact that yours go answered doesnt mean that there is not an issue.
....your right she should not have
I never said she should not have.
I just wanted to make sure she was not banned for doing it just once.
She does not appear to be one to just let something go when she has a good point.
Despite what some dumbasses may think, I think the loss of users like Jamie and RJC is quite unfortunate.
I'm sure, like most other sites, Chess.com wants to attract users who are fun, intelligent and can contribute positively to the site. This is perfectly fine.
However, along with fun and intelligence often comes opinionated. We see it every day in the forums here; people debating a spectrum of topics from chess to world affairs.
I hope Chess.com , Jamie and RJC can reconcile their differnces so we can all benefit from what they have to offer once again.

Not if it is in here two weeks. Two weeks is a long time. It took an hour to get it down once she posted it. many more people saw it during that 2 week period. Do you know big t#tt#ed blonde's account was open for well over 4 months before it was shut down ...WTF?
I agree with you that this isnt the place for it. but there needs to be much better control over it and the support problem needs to be fixed. Shaun said to me there is a backlogging of support tickets. why isnt that issue being addressed? Hire another person. look to make sure tickets are not being thrown away into cyber trash. There are ways to rectify the situation why isnt it being done?

Contraction of moeder (“mother”) by syncope of medial /d/ (compare mede vs. mee), from Middle Dutch moeder (mother), from Old Dutch *muodar, from Proto-Germanic *mōdēr.
moer f (plural moeren, diminutive moertje n)
It's a chick I think.
You know who else used to turn nouns into verbs? That butcher Bill Shakespeare
Don't you mean his ghostwriters?
