By that logic we would all need to be using the same adblocking utility. There are numerous different types of adblocker tools, and if it were related to the utility then it would also be apparent on more than a single website.
At least a few people have solved the issue by turning off ad block or whitelisting the site. While I don't personally use ad block software, I would image some use a similar process or list of IPs as part of their process. And you're also assuming that different ad block software is being used.
Add that to the fact the site isn't aware of any change that would cause the issue. I certainly won't say that a site change might not be the root cause, but if members with the issue haven't attempted turning off or disabling plugins, then that would certainly be a first step. If that solves the problem, that is helpful information.
If that doesn't help, adding additional details, including exact browser, browser version, and any add-ons plugins would be very helpful.
I just know I've tested with Firefox 97 and have zero issues
The funniest thing about that is how they lied that they are investigating it and so on, even tho they already knew that it's because they made a change against adblockers :-D.
I don't believe any change was made against ad blockers, or if there was, no one in support knows about it. What is more likely is that the ad blocker changed and started blocking something it didn't used to block.
