Cannot access any Daily games - chess.com thinks I am offline?

Hi there,  

This is jsut a problem in Daily games, Live games are fine.

When I try to access a Daily game, I just get this :-

Note how my connection state is red, it thinks I am offline.  This just started a few mins ago.  I am not offline (obviously) and Live chess shows me as having an Excellent connection.

I have tried logging out and back in. Any ideas?

Same with me.

Edit: now works ok but have the feeling that problem will return.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Might need cookies as well if that doesn't help.

It started working on its own, I didn't change anything. I assume something server-side went wonky.

Back to not working:

pubsub-connection.client.3efb2519.js:1 WebSocket connection to 'wss://services.chess.com/pubsub?...' failed

I think it's happening to a lot of people right now

Not working for me either... and I need make some moves! Anyone figured this out yet?

It works if you open it in incognito mode and sign in. Probably some issue with the cookies then so clearing cookies probably would work as well.

Just wanting to bump this thread since I'm having the same issue (had it a couple days ago too and it eventually started working again, but super annoying).

In the meantime, if you use the Chess.com app, things still seem to work.

clearing cookies worked for me

I didn't clear cookies and it started working on its own.

I did use the app in the meantime 

it's probably your internet or it's a bug
