Can't change pfp again.

I used to have an AC/DC pfp... but I wanna change it to this and c.c won't let me. I contacted a member of the support team, yet to respond. Here's my wanted pfp. something like that. Please help... 😕

When you try to add the picture does it give you any kind of error message? If so what message does it give you?

make sure the picture is downloaded as a png or jpeg, WEBP doesn't work. That was the issue for me a few days ago

When you try to apply a pfp they don’t allow, they take away the privilege for a while. Because they thought for some reason, that Coldplay pic was inappropriate.

I never tried to apply a pic before. That's the thing.
