For a few days now I've been unable to log into my Chess.com account via the iPhone app on my iPhone 11 Pro. The account works fine, both on my laptop and an old iPad with an Apple sign in. But every time I try to log into my account on the iPhone I receive the error message: "Couldn't Log In - We were unable to create your account. Please contact support to resolve this issue. OK."
I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it several times. I have also updated the phone's operating system (currently 14.6) but to no avail. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
