i'm trying to upgrade to platinum or diamond, so no it's not working

If you originally purchased on the website, you should be able to upgrade with no issues, if your payment method accepts subscriptions.

If you purchased through the app stores those may work differently, based on the way they work. I think iOS doesn't do upgrades and you basically need to cancel the existing version and get a new purchase at the higher tier.

That said, you might want to open a ticket with Support using the option in the menu and the should be able to assist. He sure to use the billing related option.

Thanks, I did purchase through the app store previously and cancel it already but is still a couple of weeks left. I figure it's relate to that weird situation then
