can't see all the pieces

In all of my online chess games, I can't see the black knights. I deleted all my temporary internet files, and changed the style of pieces, but these didn't help. I tried using both Internet Explorer 8 and Safari 4. I've never had any problems like this before. Can anyone help?

Try using the "Control F5" keys to do a hard refresh on the page where the pieces are missing.

You should also make sure to allow pop ups from Chess.com as a pop up blocker may affect the displaying of the pieces on Chess.com.
