How do I castle in a regular online game?

I have not been able to figure it out.

You can castle either on the king side or the queen side.

1) The king must not have moved one space in any direction before the castle. If it has, the castle move is not allowed for you for the remainder of the game.

2) On the King side castle, you have to first move your knight and bishop out of the way. On the queen side castle, you have to first move your knight, bishop and queen out of the way.

3) To make the castle (king side or queen side), move your king two spaces to the right or the left. Your rook will then be moved to the opposite side of your king. The castle move is considered as one move.

4) A castle is not allowed if your opponent controls any of the blank squares between your king and rook. Your king would be "crossing the line of fire".
