I wrote up a post for you.
Chess.com -> Question for IT Professionals and Computer Experts!
I ran complete tests on three computers in multiple locations and there was not one issue. The problem seems to be two part. The first part has to do with the anti virus software these folks are using and their firewall settings. The second part of this problem is the simple fact that they assume there is no way malware could be attached or channeled through the other sites they go to, which probably include game sites (and places like limewire). The only way these people are going to believe that it's not chess.com is have someone walk them through a malware check on their computers. It's not that hard to track bugs but a pain trying to tell someone how to do it via an online forum. You could have them fill out a questionaire listing key sites they visit, type of virus protection they have, firewall settings, etc. This way you could isolate the problem. Let me know and I'll email you a series of questions I would ask them to find the culprit! You sure have a tough gig with this website Erik. If you need any help, let me know!....Hugh
I did not understand well! , but, as I can help it?
Dearest IT Professionals and Computer Experts on Chess.com:
I need your help for a second. There are some people claiming that Chess.com is infected with malware. Nothing I can do or say will convince them otherwise. If you could please weigh-in on this discussion here, I would appreciate it!
