My game and it cost them a premium membership member, what's wrong with this site connection problems as I was about to win this site made me lose on time....is there any affiliation to the mobile app chess.com cause everytime I'm in close end games chess.com mobile freaked me in the butt again I was going to have a 3 win streak, no its not my connection problems its doing fine but the app itself has issues does anybody know if they ever tried to fix this freaking problem

And the player loses the game on time instead of his opponent.

No it happened during my game play when it said reconnecting and it did it again
Seriously are they into losing members or what??? Who do I contact about this???
