Conduct Survey in Your Forum,news,group etc

Hi There,

I would like to know if there is any way for me to decode/post javascript embed code for one of my survey to appear in forum/new etc contents. 

This survey contain questions which will be very useful for improvement of my group. Please let me know of any other way for me to conduct survey ( 10 question, multiple choose and one answer/more than one answers).I am currently have account in polldaddy.com with generated code for the survey, but I dont find any fuction to allow me to do this. 

Your help will be really appreciated.

Seem like displaying embed code for YouTube method is not working for this survey. Maybe because this survey contain more features from is longer code than the youtube and I can use later for youtube video when i need that. 

I have tried the SurveyBob and it have everything I need and easy to use. Thanks for the recommendation and other responses.
