was muted I believe unfairly as the only conversation that's inappropriate I've been in is with a 10 year long friend in a game chat. I've tried to contact support and the catchall won't load on my phone so I can't. hail Mary that any mods are looking because I'd like to keep playing and chatting with my friend

If you're having issues with the ticket system then you could email support via support@chess.com though by the time they get your ticket, your mute will have expired.
