I'm trying to chat, but when I'm sending a message to certain people, it says "We could not deliver your message error MSG05". But I can still DM others. Do you know why this appears, on who's side this problem is, and how to fix it? Thanks.
I think that comes up mostly if your sending a lot of the same message which can be considered spam

Really? To one of the people, I've only sent one or two messages total.
