Disconnects while winning are more noticeable but you likely get similar numbers when losing, you just don't notice. There are some things you can do on your end to minimize the chances of getting disconnected: https://support.chess.com/article/213-how-do-i-fix-my-disconnect-lag-issues

However, there can be cases where the problem is between you and the site as well, and that is uncontrollable.

Those tips are intended for PCs, while I play with an smartphone. So for me, they are completely useless.

Besides, wifi conection is working perfectly while I was disconnected from chesscom, which means that in your servers is where the problem is.

Unfortunately, just because your WiFi is working fine, doesn't mean there isn't an issue on your local connection or somewhere between you and the site.

I play on my phone, via mobile browser, and don't experience significant or noticable disconnects.

However, other traffic on your WiFi connection can absolutely cause increased latency and packet drops to the site, which will manifest as lag and potentially disconnections. Having two data connections, such as wifi and cellular data can cause issues if your device is switching traffic paths. Also, unless you're playing on the app, then most of the suggestions in the link are still valid for you.
