There should be allowance for completing a live game later when the reason for disconnection is that chess.com is down. That was what happened early tonight. At minimum, the game should not count. Give players a set time to complete it or abandon it rather than count it against one person.

I kept trying to get back in. Other websites worked fine, but I kept getting error messages from chess.com. It was a game (loss on time) with viam...

How about it Admins???

if it is chess.com's fault, the game doesn't count. if you found a situation where it was, please let us know.

In all my time on chess.com, I have seen more disconnections tonight by myself and other than I have ever seen. It cannot just be coincidence that they are all happening together in one night. I have seen my opponent get a disconnected in at least three games, and usually twice in a game.

I disconnect every few games, but I assume it's my horrible internet connection.
