Hello,

i need help... maybe asking the staff who knows computers...

ok, i click on a game and it makes it own move... i don't even ckick the peices... that is not the only promblem... if you look at my groups page... i am in a ton... i was in a lot... but some how i keep joining some... PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hi Nicolas,

Does this move get made while you are on the page?  I don't know how many groups you belonged to before, but you are in a ton of them for sure.   Nothing anyone here can do, you need to contact chess.com support and tell them about this.  I would say that first, that you double check all you're settings and make sure you have the no touch move not set.   Also, does anyone else that you know have you're login info for the site.  I'm only asking this because someone who has it could get in and play you're games and join groups with it, even if you are online on the site at the same time....

i'm telling you, some links make you join the group automatically, you can get those links, but i'm cant tell you how.

Maybe someone knows yourt password and joined the groups and made the moves before you made the move.(two people were on his account at the same time).

IT WAS MII HAHA I DID IT....

nah im just messin around.... :D don’t need to get up me coz I have no idea wat ur password could be and y would I wanna log into ur account lol no offence though

Who would have guessed... (I know that isn't your password... too obvious), but if I were to guess when I did not know you I would have thought that first.

In one of my games i have a big advantage. The challenger refuse to move all he do is ask for a draw. I do not want to accept because of my low rank and im on a winning streak. My biggest fear is that he will keep doing this for the 14 day grace period then make 1 move and doi it agin. Can an adimin help me please.

In a 14-day-per-move game, you are both entitled to take the full 14 days per move. It would be best to put this game out of your mind until you get notified it's your move.
