Games randomly disappear from Rapid Stats

I have had an ongoing issue with inaccurate rapid stats. Rated games that I have played and have been counted, vanish from Rapid Stats, but not my archive or Insights which remain accurate. This seemed to have been recently fixed, but it happened again yesterday with Rapid Stats being wrong by 1 game. 

Why does this keep happening?

If there is someone able to refresh my stats, please do it.

According to this page, you should open a ticket for the support team.

Thanks Nico - at least I know now I'm not the only one to experience this issue.

I have opened a ticket with support in the past, but no one responded after 3 weeks. Then I posted about it on a forum and Martin Stahl responded and refreshed my stats. That is why I have returned to the forums in the hope that someone will refresh my stats again.

Sadly, from my experience, I no longer trust that reporting the problem to support will make any difference.

Usually the support team doesn't reply (unless they need additional information). They fix the problem without replying. You should not expect a reply from them.

According to the page in my first message, @Martin_Stahl believes that the stats bug is a known issue (by chess.com developpers and support team). So, the support team doesn't need additional information beyond your ticket: they can refresh your stats page without replying. But (according to the page in my first message), sometimes several weeks elapse between a ticket and the refresh.

Moreover, according to https://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/three-weeks-and-still-no-response-from-support:

- your stats were good 10 days ago (so your first ticket has been treated by the support staff)

- @justbefair thinks the support staff refreshed your stats page, not Martin. Martin (like justbefair, and you, and I, and all users of chess.com) can only observe whether your stats page is good (or not) compared to your games history.

- your stats were out by 2 games, and then they were good, 6 days ago

- your stats are currently out by 1 game, for 2 days.

In summary: everytime your stats page is incorrect, you should open a ticket for the support team, and wait (sometimes several days, sometimes several weeks) until they refresh your stats page.
