Glitch/Bug with timed games

I was playing a game, Bullet Chess, 2|1, and my opponent was running out of time. I had moved my bishop, but the move didn’t go through. I kept running out of time even though I had already moved. Once the timer had reached down to 8 seconds, I had lost by timeout. Is this a server bug? I had 4 bars so my server connection was excellent.

I had the same issue. I lost 4 matches. I also asked to my opponents to accept the draw, and restart the match..... but...... people is ready to kill their father for 7 points.....
I lost 5 games like this in 2 days . I make a move and my clock keeps running until I lose by timeout.

My advice is to stop playing games with a short time controls, until the site get this situation under control .
Ive been haveingIssues with the time running on my side when it should be running on the opponents side if I ask for a draw it will correct itself but that’s no help when I’m winning a game what’s going on
Same problem for me, only on the mobile app, it getts annoying.
Same, just lost a game, on time, where I was ahead because I repeatedly had to shut the app down (IOS) and restart.
I am also having this issue. Lost 6 matches because of it. Tried reinstalling the app and nothing changes.

We've has this problem with the iOS for the last several days - it should have been fixed with version 3.9.16 (2) - see clock stuck? - Chess Forums - Page 5 - Chess.com
