I am sorry to hear of the problems you are having in viewing all the parts of the Live Chess. I would recommend that you make sure you are using the very latest version of which ever web browser you are choosing to use. Also, you should occasionally clear out your web browser cache as this should help to keep websites like Chess.com functioning properly in your web browser.
HELP, the thingys won't show up.

None of these things seem to help I have the latest system windows 7 ie 8, i have tryed it on my vista laptop and have problums with the windows opening up and showing the board if i dont have a Compatibility button then the pages dont show up and several of the Trainer things start the timer and count it aginst me even tho the board doesnt show anything. this is a pay site I payed for premiume service and I'm just getting upset that it doesnt work i like the site but if it wont work with out doing this that and the other everytime then a 100$ a year is a waste of money!

I spend about $100 a month on my truck, and it won't work without doing this, that and the other every morning.
I spend money to make money, I own a small trucking company and yes I spend hundreds to make thousands. I play chess to relax and have fun, if this is the best they can do I'll spend my money at the Internet Chess Club at least I dont have to play with software, find compatability and dick around with it to make it work!
I think a lot of people buy the premium memberships just to be able to complain about it.
I did'nt buy a the diamond just to complain. I bought it so I could use all the features i read about. I want to use the trainer software, thats why paid for it without question IF the site worked I would'nt be upset. but I cant play live chess on here if the compatability button doesnt make the screen work. I didnt pay top dollar for poor service thats all. And amazingly enough, nobody has replied with anything usefull about HOW to solve the problum, thats sad. The silence says volumes so far.
Dont get me wrong i do enjoy witty banter in fourms. and Krabby is short for my last name Krabbenhoft, and keep your eye on my name in the chess world cause it's... not going anywhere or winning anything soon... lol
Ok heres the deal, in the windows were i should be able to see the chess boards for live games they never open up, nor do the pop up windows for tactic's trainer. Now i have clicked on compatibility button and that makes the tactic trainer pop up and work but srill ant get Live chess to work. I joined and bought this membership mostly for live chess games, so having this part of the program not work is frustrating.
