How do u delete a comment?

Hover over the top-right portion of the pane containing your comment -- click on the 'x.'

Or you can edit it by clicking on the symbol to the left of the 'x.'

If you are on the app, you can't delete. You have to be on the website.

If you close your own account, they remain.

No, he can't do this. Some other people here are able to do this but he is not one of them.
