How do you become a chess.com staff person? And what happens when you are one?

Sometimes the site hires and sends out notifications looking for people to submit resumes, usually for specific technical positions. Other times they approach people.
Right now, if you are on v2, some people marked as Staff, such as me, aren't staff but that is a temp icon in preparation for v3.

So how do you become a "temp" staff? Like on every other Tuesday, on even numbered days, during a leap year, ONLY when its raining????????....between 3 + 5 pm. I need a "part-time" application. I'll fill part of it out.
