Did you check the spam folder of the email you contacted support with? Sometimes responses end up there by your filter settings, but chess.com usually responds within a few business days.

Hi Vocaloid39, yes I have actually and it actually shows up on the site here as a message waiting at the bottom of the screen. To say that this is frustrating is obvious. Also to be told that you will be contacted in 24 hours seen as you are a premium member was funny as that did not occur either.
The instructions posted in the locked thread are clear. The problem lies with when the agent who finally contacts you fails to follow up. Several days later here we are with still no support.
