It does work. At least, the button works on the Android app. I don't have an iPhone.
The Fair Play team may not agree with your reports or may believe there is not enough evidence.
Looking through your last 20 games, I don't see any 98% or 99% accuracy games from anyone.
But even if there were, that doesn't prove anything.
