I went to the Cricket store asking for assistance about 2 hours ago and the staff took 5 minutes to play with my cell phone and told me that the WiFi was on n my phone can't work with Wi-Fi! I thanked her, came home n played two games against 1245 n better rated players. Another announcement suddenly came on informing that I'd have wait 5 minutes between games. I wait and turned the cell phone back on and I'm right back to getting only 2/3 of a chess board. I can't play without an entire board visible. Need I resign from chess.com or is there hope that you can help me?

How do you post comments within your loaded pgn game? I load it, and just a blank game board comes up. What do I do before posting the game? I read something about 'analyze function' but don't see it.
