I need a membership refund

Recently I purchased a membership from chess.com, but accidentally chose the wrong plan and forgot to cancel it.
I'm a poor orphan student, I can't afford 999,000vnd which is about 40$, the diamond yearly plan in a short amount of time, that 40$ is all I have for this month, I really need it. Can I get a refund for my purchase?

I tried the help section on the web, but It does not work, nothing showed up

I have written an email to support@chess.com but I afraid that it doesnt work either so I come up here.

If any of you guys who's reading this is someone from the customer support, have contact of someone from the customer support or know some way to work things out, Please help me.

Those methods should both get a reply. If you have heard anything in a couple of days, try again.

You'll need to use the option in the Help menu to request one.
