IOS app freezing

I had the same problem 4 times in the last 4 matches. I suspect is done on purpose by some players. They know how to freeze the clock open different app.
Same issue here, Iv lost numerous games and even got in trouble for game abandonment! I have emailed twice to no response. Please fix it soon chess.com

Same problem. 10 minute games on iPad and iPhone. Very frustrating. I was looking forward to playing over the holidays, just renewed my yearly subscription. What a disappointment.

This has ruined so many of my games. Currently stuck with only 2 mins left.
I have lost multiple games to this bug in the past 3 days. Is there any way to get refunds for broken games?
I’ve lost several games this way in the last couple of days. Very frustrating. Seems to happen only when I have a strong lead.
Same with me...must fix this soon.

yeah, @pedrobolanos responded. Fix is in the works. I had to kill the app during a game today like 5 times today. lame.

no, it isn't about a network connection.
The same problem! They have to payback the money for members!
Just lost an 8 minute time advantage due to this! Very Frustrating but the fix of closing the app and reopening works, thanks

When will this be fixed? Almost every match I play is affected by this and I have lost so many points now to a completely broken app. Even force resetting the app takes 3 attempts before I’m allowed to see the game again. It costs at least 3 minutes game time each game. Shambles, chess.com
I use Firefox on chess.com. Do I use the Adobe Flash Player? Should I remove it?
