Keep disconnecting for no reason

Please someone help me or tell me how to contact chess.com support, I have such an annoying problem: I have been playing on this website for months and never had any kind of connection problem. Now it is almost a week where in EVERY SINGLE GAME I try to start I keep disconnecting. My wifi is great, until I start a online game everything works fine, games, full hd video, downloads... I tried with 4G to be sure it was not the connection and it was the same. I'm able to make a move a minute, the rest of the time I'm just disconnected with red bar. And the crazy thing is after I quit the game and close chess.com I'm disconnected to everything for a few seconds. After that everything gets back to normal. Seems like chess.com forces my PC to change IP/servers,  something that is not working tho. But for the last 4-5 months I ve never had this issue
