Kicking me out - Chess Forums

Hello. I’ve been recently experiencing this problem with chess.com where it would kick me out of chess.com randomly whilst in the middle of a game. Furthermore, it’s costing me ELO and it’s pretty annoying when your winning and then it kicks you out and you lose. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, it would be highly appreciated. Also, if anyone knows where I could contact chess.com about this issue in order for me to request a refund for my ELO, it would be great.

Of you're on Wifi, done of the information in those topics may still be of use. Other processes on the device also could potentially introduce issues.
