Live Chess server is currently unavailable

Since sometime yesterday I've been unable to play live chess on the new site.  The old chess.com seems to be working fine for me, but on v3 every time I try to start a game I get the message "Live Chess server is currently unavailable".  Not seeing any posts about this I'm beginning to wonder if this is happening to anyone else, or only to me.

What browser and version are you using?

Though, if you are using v2 fine, then I don't know for sure what the problem might be. Might try clearing your cache and try it again.

I've tried clearing my browser cache and cookies. I've even tried using a different browser. Still nothing. So I guess it must be something with my account.

Can't think that would be the cause, especially if everything works in v2. Possibly some other software on your system.

I doubt that software on my end is causing the problem. I haven't changed anything. Yesterday after playing chess I went to YouTube to check my subs.  I came across Using Chess.com: Starting a New Chess Game. After watching this I went back to take a look at some of the options I had overlooked.  This was when I first ran into the problem.

It is same problem for me  since yesterday.

Everything was fine on new version till yesterday.

Is this some kinde of bug maybe?

 Are you also still able to play on the old site?

i try on old site and there i can play normal.But i start to love this new site so going back on old chess is not solution...cause it will be gone in the month.

I'm running into exactly the same problem. Tried the same things, failed.

Live Chess seems to be working for me just now.

I got the same thing earlier but after the message the server would actually go ahead and load. There are some really weird, and seemingly transient, bugs.
