Well, sadly, it still doesn't for me. Logging out and in again doesn't do the trick, either.
Their help page says that you should clear your cache. It is the universal cure for technical problems.:

Thank you. I tried that, but unfortunately to no avail.
Li-joe, thanks for your constructive comment. Chess is life, as they say, but at least I spelt it correctly in the post itself.
I've been having the same problem since Friday.
For two days now, I have been trying to play Live Chess on the new site, but the error message of the title pops up. When switching back to the old chess.com, though, it works perfectly.
Does anyone else experience this problem? Does anyone know how to solve the issue?
