Thank you. I tried that, but unfortunately to no avail.
Li-joe, thanks for your constructive comment. Chess is life, as they say, but at least I spelt it correctly in the post itself.
For two days now, I have been trying to play Live Chess on the new site, but the error message of the title pops up. When switching back to the old chess.com, though, it works perfectly.
Does anyone else experience this problem? Does anyone know how to solve the issue?
