live chess

I have been having lots of probs. with disconects now i can t even get on live chess whats the prob.? I have no prob. anywhere else.  HELP!

Well, it could be that Chess.com is running a test on Live Chess, or it could be your Internet, or both. I would suggest clearing your history, so your Internet will run faster and I will suggest to look at the forum topic at the top of the Live Chess forum section. It should say something about difficulties with log-ins. Otherwise, I would just wait for a staff member to read this and fix the problem. You probably want to go on the Live Chess home and get the link to that and get the link to what it says after you press the "Play Live Chess" button. The staff will probably need those, if they want to help you. I hope I helped!

iqb2878's computer was disconnected for reasons beyond my control. In fact, the last time was when I was winning. Can you please reinstate me. I had no intention of being unfair and was not aware of that problem.

Well, they have been making another solution to that problem on Chess.com that should be coming on Chess.com soon, that no one can abort, whether it's a player who was banned from playing other people, besides their friends, or a player who wasn't banned. It's either play the game or resign. You would have to adjust your Game Type Settings, though. If you have questions regarding the Fair Play Policy, that I can not answer, then go to this link:

How do I find out how many games I need to play to be reinstated?

Well, you have to play the same amount of games you aborted/disconnected. But they are coming up with a new solution, where you can still play others, but you can only play or resign, until your abort/disconnection percentage goes below the line. I don't know what the line is, but you can ask Help and Support with the Help and Support link I provided at the top.
