Losing Points for Correct Answers

I just looked through your puzzle archive and you didn't lose points when you got the tactic correct. Your last tactic showed you got it wrong and lost 15 points; if you hit hint, on accident or on purpose, solving the problem will count as a fail for rating, depending on how many moves and how the tactic is scored. Since that one was a one move tactic, a hint would have counted it with a full point loss.

I guess it would show as incorrect because it gave me -15 points. Even though, as you can see above, it said correct. And I didn't click Hint. Even by accident. Like I say, this isn't the first time I've experienced this. 

You also lose points (or at least you used to) if you take longer than the tactic determines you should be able to solve it correctly. So if you take 20 seconds but the tactic is expected to be solved in 15 seconds, you won't get full points for correctly solving. You will only receive partial points, but I don't think you lose points.

I have had times on the app where there is a cache problem, where it would show the score from a previous tactic, which could be a loss of points, but if you look at your tactics stats, you really gained points.

2023 and I just got -13 for a 1 move correct answer with no hint. 
Target time was 8 seconds, I did it in maybe 30-40 seconds.

It's likely just a graph display issue. Your rating went up.

Many persons complained above, IN 2023. Now, 2025, the problems still exist, Why? There are no person in chess.com who should be responsible for this?
