lost drawn position part 2

its happened a few times to me but i lost a drawn position with bishop vs. bishop and no pawns or other pieces on the board, is this a problem chess.com cannot fix?  can other people respond to this so that maybe we can force chess.coms hand in this matter, thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a game in your database that is probably the one you are talking about.

As the bishops are opposite colours the mate I showed was possible, so you lose on time.

You should try playing with increaments to avoid those situations.

Or, perhaps, longer games (5 minutes instead of just 2, for exemple)

Just resign next time. It's obviously too hard to draw here. I hope this helps.
