On 12/6/23 I received a message from the chess.com support staff that I had verbally abused several recent opponents. I was then automatically assigned a new name by chess.com...Inappropriateuser928375!! I am here ONLY to play chess, and my chat has ALWAYS been set to OFF. SO WHY DIDN'T THEIR STAFF SIMPLY CHECK THE CHAT LOGS BEFORE ACCUSING ME OF SOMETHING I DIDN'T DO??? TWO days later...still no response from chess.com.
I will post further updates when they happen.
