MY PUZZLE RATING DROPPED A THOUSAND POINTS FOR NO REASON

Hi everyone so what happened was that I was doing puzzles .for the past few days I was doing nothing but grinding puzzles and yesterday reached my all time peak 3300 puzzle rating then when I solved my next puzzle my rating just randomly went down to 2116 and it said +5 and my puzzle stats say my highest rating is somewhere around 2000 even though I had 3300 puzzle rating and the graph shows my highest rating was 3000 as proof I even have the puzzle 3000 achievement. I have written to the chess.com support and I am waiting for a reply but if any moderators see this please help me

I hope this message is public. My puzzle rating is around 3300 too. And from October 8th 2025 my puzzle rating started being +3 instead of +5. Not only that my friends rank disappeared (it was #1) before. Even though the rating hasn't gone minus yet, - 895 shows near my rating even though it's not supposed to. I hope it won't go minus. Besides all it's puzzle rating not live games rating. I know there was a change in high FIDE ratings above 2600 and maybe they'll change online live game ratings too. But we're not that caliber of players, puzzle rating is to motivate us learn chess, and yes I got premium since I loved chess. com puzzles . And I hope chess. com won't change puzzle ratings. I hope they look into this

I was so shocked because I just hit 2900 but dropped a little now I have no chance of getting back there and there wasn't any prior notice?

Everyones rating dropped. my next goal was 2.700, its like gone progress now.

So, i checked. They cut the gained points from 5 to 3. and you lose like 12 points for wrong puzzle instead of 25.

A couple of days ago people were OK about having 3300 in puzzles and 800 in blitz...

i was 2399 ish now im 1600ish.
it really is insane. we know the rating we knw comparisons to elo leve before. it took a while but people eventually did the math and worked out what was rules of thumbs in tactic level vs elo of people.
now we have to wait years again? in the mean time they change it a fourth time this year? they dont give us a formula or a dual rating to ease us in.

Pasé de 3500 a 2600 en problemas, pero parece justo. No era normal tener 3500 en problemas y unos 1700 en blitz.

I have no problem with the new rating system. If the puzzles get more difficult, all the better.
