My Puzzles Rating dropped to zero from 2400s all of a sudden

When solving a puzzle at first I made a wrong move. My rating dropped a few points to somewhere 2440s I think. Then I tapped the analyze button and after analyzing the position I turned back to the puzzle and retried to solve it. I solved it in the no rating mode since it was a retry, not the first try. As soon as I solved it I saw that my rating started to drop one by one (as counting backwards) very fast and all my rating came to the zero. My rating went down to zero in a few seconds. Probably a moderator can see the statistics or analyze the database of my puzzle history to figure out what happened. Can somebody authorized please look at this issue? It probably is a technical issue.

After I restarted the app, the problem has solved. I think it was a temporary technical problem with the app.
