need detailed help in uploading photos for a new photo album on a recent trip

dear  staff
               i am  paralyzed and am having problems putting a new album on my profile with pictures from hawaii.

              i have not tryed to enter new albums  many times as you have  let me know on  11/16/09,  they are all the same one

i have pictures on a dvd of hawaii we just took on a trip  and i am having a lot of trouble uploading them,  instructions refer to hitting the  large  green p in play (i can't locate that  p.
