Need Help Over Billing Problem

About a month and some weeks ago, I won the Duo chess free premium for a month. I had to create a temporal virtual card in order to subscribe for it.

Then, about a week ago I received a notification from my card issuer that a certain amount was deducted. I contacted them and they told me a third party payment gateway deducted the money on behalf of chess.com.

I kept receiving emails that I need to update my payment when money was already deducted. Now chess.com canceled my membership without any refund or clear explanation. I would like to be assisted in this matter. I sent them about two emails now, and yet there hasn't been any response.

something similar with me. I took a free trial for a month, where it was written that if I don't extend it, they will refuse me anything, and on the 30th day, when I want to refuse further membership, they deducted the amount for the whole year.

Due to the holidays and increased ticket loads, it may take a little longer than expected to receive a reply but they'll contact you. Be sure to watch your junk/spam folders

That said, if the site cancelled the membership, that usually means no funds were actually received

Your English is fine. What was the follow up? Was your money refunded or did they at least restore your premium membership? Even in my case, the amount deducted was for a whole year.

I hope they do respond sooner. Well, I never received any refund so where could the money have gone? I mean, I don't even want the money back. I just want my account to be upgraded if possible.

Oh well, at least you got the membership. No refund, and membership canceled, that's my story.

Billing support will have to help you but since the premium was removed, that means the site never received the funds

You'll likely need to contact your virtual card provider.
