About a month and some weeks ago, I won the Duo chess free premium for a month. I had to create a temporal virtual card in order to subscribe for it.
Then, about a week ago I received a notification from my card issuer that a certain amount was deducted. I contacted them and they told me a third party payment gateway deducted the money on behalf of chess.com.
I kept receiving emails that I need to update my payment when money was already deducted. Now chess.com canceled my membership without any refund or clear explanation. I would like to be assisted in this matter. I sent them about two emails now, and yet there hasn't been any response.
