No confirmation of payment

Dear chessfriends,

last Friday I trasnsferred 12,99 Dollar via pypal to order@chess.com. Unfortunately I have got no confirmation of my payment. I have written in the last days to mails to support@chess.com. No answer. Perhaps I am bit paranoid because my acount ends on 13th november, but I have made in the past bad experiences with payments in the internet. I am irritatet because last time It has needed only 2 days to renew the account. Unfortunately I have no creditcard to Can renew autotomatically.

The automatica payment from germany with paypal does not work. Before my first accont erik told me the paymentadress order@chess.com. Last time after 1-2 days the account was renewed very fast. I hope you can understand that I need a confirmation that you have got the money
