Not loading Chess pieces

Are you using a laptop on wifi or a standard computer on adsl?

Is it your computer or a works/school computer?

Have you tried clearing your cache or tried using different pieces?

I'm using laptop with usb modem.. I can play in live chess but not loading chess pieces in 'chess on line'..!! can u help me Kohai?? thx before..

Did you try the link i gave you?  Also how strong is your internet connection?

Is it possible you could try loading your online games from a computer that isn't on wifi (usb) ?

I've tried the other game but the result is the same ..
Well I have been using a usb modem and there was never a problem before ..

Has your usb software done any updates recently or does it need them doing?
