I created my chess account last week and bought the gold membership yesterday. The issue is that it’s limiting me to a finite amount of lessons per day. This seems to point towards me being on the old plan but I don’t know how that’s possible??
Did you purchase through one of the apps? If so is it an old app version?

Yes, through IOS. I got the app when I joined. I only started playing chess last week
