I recently ran into a similar problem.I was playing a great game against this person(can not remember thier name) and now i can't find the game.It was great cause i had played the Queens gambit and played h4 in response to his h6 and it was great moves afterward.I am beginning to suspect this person may have started to cheat and the sight took them off.Maybe thats why it started to get hard to finish the mate.But at any rate i will post what i can remember of this game.don't think i will be able to.Damn that sucks

You may be able to get that game back. All you have to do is notify the staff by sending them a message on the Help page (top right corner of this page, click on the word "help"). Explain your problem, and ask if they can restore your game or tell you what happened. I got my game restored by doing this.
I have just won a game on time, but it does not appear on my home page list of games played. I have also just started a new game and made my first move, and that is not listed either. Can someone tell me what has happened? Where could my games have gone?
