I submitted a ticket, I was just wondering if chess.com would do something like this. I guess they do! Will my rating go up if they do this? It is a rated game.

A correspondence chess opponent, who is a gold member, had his account closed. However, his membership automatically put him on vacation. Can chess.com staff resign the game? or do I have to wait a week until his vacation time runs out?
