Overcharged twice the amount. No support from chess.com

I was overcharged for twice the amount on the renewal of my membership. I though they'd give me a reply in 24 hours. But I haven't received it yet. I had hoped, since it's a billing issue, they would expedite the case. Chess.com, Please respond.

They try to reply in 24-48 hours but with increased traffic and tickets due to the pandemic it can take longer. 

 

If it has only been 24 hours, give it more time. If you haven't heard anything by Friday morning US Pacific time, reply here again.

Nothing from chess.com yet. Its sickening to accept this. I have their highest membership and this is what I get for the money that I paid! In fact this is what I get for double the amount that I should have paid for this level of support! I have sent them multiple reminder emails. For anyone else reading this, please DONT allow them to renew membership automatically. This is what you get! They charge you whatever they want and then chose not to respond!

This was finally taken care of. I have been issued a full refund. However, this took far too long. Chess.com need to ramp up.

Did you contact them via https://support.chess.com/article/346-contact-us? Did you get the automated acknowledgement immediately? If not, Chess.com might be having difficulty contacting you - try checking the junk folders in your email inbox.

I contacted someone and apparently the ticket got routed incorrectly, that's why nothing was heard back.
