For the last two days, I have contacted chess.com regarding membership with no replies.
My bank decided that the automatic renewal to chess.com was fraud and stopped payment. I told them it was not and they said I would need to make payment again.
I have updated payment details but nothing collected, so what happens now?

Due to the holidays and increased ticket loads it's taking longer than normal to get a response. They will get to you but it may take done additional time. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders as well, as sometimes messages from the site can get flagged.
