PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED BY CHESS.COM

It would help perhaps if we submit a ticket informing staff of the payment details. I sometimes do that, with results.

   Actually Pay-pal has 2 methods. Direct, and indirect. With direct, they will transfer the money instantly. I think you have to have a card connected to your account. The indirect method involves putting money into your PAY-PAL ACCOUNT. That's the part that can take time even during the week.

After you successfully billed my $5.00 gold account for June my debit card was compromised.  My credit  union changed my card number making it impossible for you to collect your bill for July 10th.  I have searched your site and can't find where to update my information.  I like your site and wish to stay enrolled.  What do I do?   Tom Mulroy

Open a ticket to support. They can let you know what to do. But it is the 20th and you still have premium so it would seem July was successfully charged.

I can't use PayPal because previously they charged my card with $700.00 of stereo equipment. . . So I blocked the card . . . So I have sent my yearly payment using BILL Pay a month in advance so there will not be a pause in my account . . .

I am so sure they won't know what to do with the check . . .

Hey, so there is no way using debit card for payment? I have no credit card but i do have debit card, so i cant use it to pay upgrade?

Most debit cards in the US can be used as Credit Cards, so it might work if your works like that.

You can also pay with PayPal.

You could always contact support directly to see if your chosen method could be supported, though a lot of that depends on the site's payment processor.
