Persistent notification, won't clear.
Ok that's weird, now that same persistent notification is for this thread. I tried unfollowing but it's still there.
I think instead of clicking on the threads, maybe on the notification area, at the bottom, there's "clear all notifications", click that instead?

You should contact Support directly using the option in the menu.

You need to fully explain your situation. If the support tool doesn't offer to transfer to staff, try something like contact an agent.

Opposite party did 0-0-0 thru beaten place. This is illegal move. Chess.com software still allow it. I stopped playing and communicate with oppsite party, his response was: if chess.com allow this its legal. Disagree. Need somebody step in and make software correction ASAP. Huge problem.

The site does not allow illegal moves. The rule is that the king can't pass through an attacked square (castle through check). The rook is under no such restriction.

I've got a notification for a thread I'm following that won't go away even after I've clicked on it multiple times. Logged out, logged in, cleared browser cache, still there. Not showing on the app on my phone though, any help appreciated.
