If you played witha friend, it might have been a bug. If you played with a random player it is possible that you were hacked.
Post Game Analyzation Doesn't Work

I also have the same problem!
And did that problem also start yesterday?
Bec. a friend of mine told me he didn't experience anything of that kind and I kinda doubt it has anything to do with being hacked - simply can't imagine how that would affect all game analysis...
And just for the record: Even if I open the empty analysis board I get that message.
Yes, my problem started 2 days ago now. Also when I move my mouse over the games in "games archive" I only see empy boards. I'm going to send a complain to chess.com about this. This is the main reason why I became a diamond member

Oh I too have the archives problem. And in tournament mode too: can't watch the games of other people in the preview window.
At least now I know I'm not the only one.
I have just sent the following messages to chess.com.
Hello. Can you fix the bugs regarding "comuter analysis" on the new chess.com site?
When I click computer analysis I only get an empty board with the following message
"Analysis cannot be performed on this position because it matches one of your games in progress. Return to analyze your game after it is over."
And several people has this problem. Look here

I also cannot see my games in "games archie" when I move my mouse over.
Ive tried both firefox and chrome, with same results, and I have also deleted browser history, but that didn't help.
Hope you are able to solve this quickly

Yesterday I've sent a similar one; hope they react fast - I noticed that the tactics trainer also doesn't allow analysis anymore which is quite annoying.

Did you use the bug reporting tool? You can send screenshots and make notes. That has to be the best way to get something fixed.
Your email has to make it past customer service.
I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but since today everytime I tried to analyze a game (which was certainly finished) I got this message:
Warning
