Maybe they could always turn premove off and on again before a session.

Going to Settings > Live Chess > Premove. Setting premove to true or false has no effect, meaning that that it never works.
Dude , the site sucks. how can we play bullet if the premove does not work . Site is too complex , not smooth and polluted . MINUS IS MORE

guys for the love of god just look at this you have to be in a game and go to the settings in the bottom right NOT LEFT BYE THE CHAT and then click play and enable premove there

upd: after 1-2 days premoves started to work fine in browser and nave never broked.

Is the premove feature available in the online/browser version. I saw it on the app for my phone but not when I'm playing over a browser.
My premove isn't working. Anyone able to figure this out?

It's an option only for the mobile app. On desktop this feature is missing.
Do premoves even work on iPad? I can do it against bots but not real players, do I need to turn them on or something?

Actually I just found out that there IS such option in the browser. It's under Settings -> Play tab. @Warrior_GOLD: it works on my iphone.

After some years premoves were suddenly not possible anymore and I couldn´t find it in the settings. This helpe me, thanks BlueRajasmyk! But chess.com: please put all settings in one place...

pre-moves not working in daily games... I checked and it is enabled. was working about 1 year ago. thanks

Check your settings. The option probably got turned off. There is some kind of bug that has been resetting some of the settings.

Third time in a row now that I lose a game running out of time on a winning position due to premove bugs.
I keep enabling it but the functionality somehow disables itself.
Very frustrating.
