Whoaa... in just no more than half an hour since I posted this forum topic, the problem is no longer there!
I don't know if this is just a random bug that occured to me, or if the chess.com technical staffs were very quick in their troubleshooting. If the latter is the case, then thank you very much.

LOL.... :-) No worries there, since that above email address is not mine. I have no idea whose email is that. I guess it's just a bug that put out someone's email and place it there on the "Oops" page.

Hello,
I'm having a problem joining tournaments recently. When I have login as usual, and come to "My Home", my username is visible at the top-right corner of the screen as usual, along with the star (gold membership) to the right.
When I go to the tournament screen through My Home > Tournaments, the website seems to think that I haven't login yet (no username in the top-right corner, but the word "Register" instead). When I click on the "See all upcoming tournaments" button, the website shows the list as usual, and my username come up again. When I click on a tournament, and then click "Join Tournament", the following message come in the next screen:
Oops?! You still need to activate your account...
We just sent you a confirmation to this email address:
NOTE: If the email address above is not correct, click here to change your email address!
(If you can't find it at first check your junk mail and make sure that you add all email from "chess.com" to your approved sender list! Also, if you haven't received your email but your email address is correct, try logging in and it will re-send your confirmation email!)
And whose email address is that, I have no idea.
Is there some kind of bug in the site? If any of the staff read this, then please clarify.
